Dr. John Palmer, Sr. Advisor, Acting CEO

Dr. Palmer is a global management, innovation, and strategy executive. Dr. Palmer is known as a technical and global business management adviser with extensive years of experience in corporations, R&D, FCPA, ITAR, TAAs advisory firms, International Business, Diplomacy, US representation of International Partners, Global Marketing, and academia. John has served as a key member in the development of the International Space Station (ISS) Habitat and Laboratory, leading several nano technology experiments with U.S. international partners. John has built new ventures and change initiatives for employers and clients in energy, technology, high tech research and development, telecommunications, aerospace and transportation sectors in 30+ countries. He has completed advanced studies at some of the world’s leading including Valencia Polytechnic Institute, Stanford University, University of Seville, Walden University, James Madison University, and Monterey Institute. Dr. Palmer is also an accomplished commercial pilot with global flight experience. Dr.Palmer is a Doctoral Faculty Advisor at Franklin University in Columbus, OH and The National University in San Diego, California.
